Service Level Agreement
These terms govern your usage of the Cresard Management OS. By using our platform, you agree to our fair use policies regarding AI processing and data isolation protocols.
1. Agreement to Terms
By creating a Cresard organization or accessing our Management OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
2. Provisioning & Subdomains
Upon registration, Cresard provisions a dedicated instance and a custom subdomain (e.g., yourcompany.dashboard.cresard.com).
- Brand Identity: You are responsible for ensuring your chosen subdomain does not infringe on third-party trademarks.
- Maintenance: We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance on your dedicated instance with prior notice.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your tenant subdomains.
3. Cue AI Usage & Limitations
Cue AI is an autonomous assistant designed to provide management "cues" based on data analysis.
- Not Legal Advice: Cues regarding HR sentiment, burnout, or client churn are for informational purposes and do not constitute legal or professional advice.
- Hybrid Processing: You acknowledge that AI insights utilize both local (Ollama) and external (GPT-4) models.
- Limitation of Liability: Cresard is not liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated cues or sentiment analysis.
4. Subscriptions & Cue Credits
Our service operates on a hybrid subscription and usage-based credit model.
- Subscription Tiers: Features are gated based on your chosen tier (Starter, Pro, Enterprise).
- Cue Credits: High-stakes AI processing (GPT-4) consumes credits. These must be purchased for high-volume use.
- Refund Policy: Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable Conduct
Cresard is a tool for professional growth and organization. Misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited.
- No Abuse: You may not use the platform to harass, scrape or perform brute-force attacks on other tenant environments.
- Data Privacy: You may not attempt to circumvent the physical database isolation of the Cresard OS.
- Legal Compliance: Usage must comply with all local, state and international data protection laws.
