Client Portal
The Client Portal is a private dashboard for registered Cresard clients. It gives you a real-time view of your projects, milestones and support tickets, all in one place, with no password required.
Who can access the portal
The Client Portal is exclusively for clients who have been registered by the Cresard team. You cannot self-register. When your project begins, the Cresard team will add your email address to the system and notify you that portal access is available.
If you try to sign in with an email that has not been registered by Cresard, you will not receive a magic link. Contact your project manager at contact@cresard.com if you believe your email should have access.
Signing in with a magic link
The portal uses passwordless authentication. Each time you want to access your dashboard, you request a magic link which is emailed to your registered address.
Sign-in steps

Go to the portal
Navigate to
/portalon the Cresard website. - 2
Enter your registered email
Type the email address that was registered by the Cresard team and submit.

Check your inbox
A magic link email will arrive shortly. If it does not appear within a couple of minutes, check your spam folder.

Click the link
Clicking the link authenticates you and redirects you to your client dashboard.

Access your dashboard
You are now signed in and can view your projects, milestones, and support tickets.

Magic link validity
24 hours
Each magic link email is valid for 24 hours. Click it once to authenticate and access your dashboard.
Persistent session
30 days
After first verification, a 30-day session is saved in your browser. You can return to the portal without requesting a new magic link for the next 30 days.
If your session has expired or you are on a new device, go back to /portal and request a fresh magic link. Sessions are stored in your browser's localStorage and are tied to the device you verified on.
Dashboard overview
After signing in, your dashboard displays all the information related to your engagement with Cresard. The dashboard is organised into three main sections:
Projects
A list of all your active and completed projects. Each project shows its name, current status, and key dates. Click into a project to see its full details.
Milestones
Project milestones broken down by deliverable. Each milestone shows its title, due date, and completion status so you always know where your project stands.
Support Tickets
All support tickets you have opened, along with their status (open, in progress, closed). You can raise new tickets directly from the dashboard.
Raising support tickets from the portal
Registered clients can raise support tickets directly from the Client Portal dashboard. These tickets are linked to your account and project context, making it easier for the Cresard team to respond with the right information.

Security and privacy
The Client Portal is designed with security as a priority:
- No passwords are stored. Authentication is entirely magic-link based.
- Magic links are single-use and expire after 24 hours.
- A 30-day persistent session is stored locally in your browser after first verification.
- Only registered email addresses can receive portal access links.
- Your project data is only visible to you and the Cresard team.
If you suspect your portal link has been forwarded or compromised, contact Cresard at contact@cresard.com immediately and request access to be revoked.
